The Sound Devices 788T-SSD is a portable 8-track ISO audio recorder with time code – ideal when you need extensive, fully-featured I/O and superb, professional sound. Each of the 788T-SSD’s eight mic/line inputs provide peak limiters, high pass filters, and 48v phantom power for condensers. What’s more, the 788T-SSD’s extensive routing flexibility lets you route each input to mixed tracks or to isolated tracks. Record to its internal 256GB solid-state drive or 64GB Compact Flash card, or to an external hard drive. Included with our 788 is the CL-8 mixing attachment. This connects over USB, is powered by the recorder and makes mixing the 8 ISO tracks down to a stereo pair much easier. We also supply a Battery Distribution System to power the recorder and other add-ons, along with two 98wH batteries and charger.
