These are not your traditional HiHats. Think of them more as mini-tripods. The legs can double in length, and their spread width can be set with three-position locks near the bowl. The rubber feet have a metal inner, and they are on a ball swivel to lie flat no matter the angle of the leg. Each foot has a hole where the units can be bolted down to a surface. These Hi-Hats can be secured to the carriages of our Dana Dollies to enable raising the camera up and avoid seeing the track/pipe underneath. The 75mm unit has a special low height tie-down so you can still level your head even when you are 2 or 3 inches off the ground. Flexible and strong.
