This is a full HD 7″ monitor with 2200 nits of brightness. It has both HDMI and SDI inputs and outputs, and it can cross convert between the two. One unique feature it has over similar models is that it has two SDI inputs and their signals can both be displayed at the same time in split screen. Its other unique feature is built-in wireless control of certain cameras via Bluetooth or WiFi. A full list of compatible cameras and their capabilities is in the “Learn More” link below, but if you have a RED, Sony or BlackMagic camera there may be some cool possibilities there. If you use a TILTA Nucleus N/M wireless follow focus, the BM7 II DS has a dedicated motor port that supports wired control of your motors. The focus scale can even be displayed on the display. The monitor’s menu system is modern and easy to use and lets you apply 3D LUTs as well as enabling critical displays such as Waveform, Vectorscope, Anamorphic, Peaking, and ARRI False Color.
Like all our monitors we equip it will BNC, HDMI and Dtap power cables. There are two built-in slots to accept NP-F style batteries. For an additional $10 we will add two 5800mA batteries and a USB-C charger. It comes with a protective frame and mounting options.
