This is a cart with two levels of shelving that you can use as a rolling camera prep table on set. It also lets you carry around the accessories you may need (or just act as a place to store their cases). Each shelf is a “clamshell design” with raised sides so no gear is going to roll off and hit the ground. Once disassembled there are twinned clasps that will secure the two halves of the clamshell together. The corner poles, the pneumatic wheels and the handles/crossbar store in between the two halves so the whole unit can be flattened into a far more compact shape for your vehicle. There are roller wheels opposite the handle end to let you wheel it over flat ground to the place where you set it up. It’s not a carbon fiber darling and the unit itself with everything inside weighs 100 pounds. It’s also 52″ x 28″ x 7″ when compacted, so it’s unlikely you’ll be taking it as checked baggage anytime soon. It has a 200kg or 440 pound payload capacity and with the top shelf as high as it goes it is 42″ high from the ground. Handy to have on set, especially if you are going to spend multiple days in one location. The usual discounts for multiple days apply.
