This is a solve all deck for the world of ½” tape. It takes all cassette sizes, and plays back the following Sony formats: Digital Betacam, Betacam SP, Betacam SX, and Betacam IMX. It has Composite, S-Video and for best quality, SD-SDI outputs. It also has a Firewire 400 output to convert these legacy formats to something easily useable. It has pro XLR outs for audio, as well as RCA outputs.
