Aside from our Canon 8-15mm fisheye zoom, this is our widest lens. It’s important to note right off the hop though that unlike the majority of our Canon mount still lenses, this lens will not cover a full frame sensor and is designed for use only with crop sensor cameras. Since crop sensors are similar in size to Super 35mm based cinema cameras, Sony used the glass from this lens when it made a PL mount version with manual focus and iris that we also stock.
