This is a kit composed of six professional Kenwood TK-3402 walkie talkies. These units have 16 separate channels and 5 watts of power. You can use their built-in mic and speaker, or if you need silence on set, the kit comes with a number of earpieces. These plug-in on the side of the unit and then a low visibility plug fits into your ear cannel and a microphone clips to your lapel so you can pretend you’re protecting the President!
The kit comes in a waterproof Pelican case. Each of the radios has a charging base that has been fastened to the bottom of the case and then plugged into a power bar so that one plug charges all six units. The Pelican case has a small watertight door in the end that the plug can be passed through so that it is still possible to charge the radios in a light drizzle. We include alcohol wipes to keep the earpieces sanitary. There are three spare batteries with the kit that can also be charged on the bases.
