About
Titan is the ultimate LED tube for filmmakers, TV studios and any creative person. It emits tuneable white light with ultra-high colour rendering for lighting subjects, or RGB coloured light when you want to feature the actual fixture in your scene as an accent light. The tubes are sealed so they can be used outdoors. A power supply charges their internal batteries when they are in their custom carrying case, but we also include an individual AC power supply for each of the eight tubes so they can be run continuously off of AC. We include an Android tablet to run Astera’s wireless control app, but the transmitter it links up with can also accept a wired DMX signal to control the fixtures from a lighting board. The kit comes with low profile clamps, studs and eyelets for flexible mounting options, and we recently added the Androokie magnet system that includes 16 rubber coated magnetic “pucks” that work with the tube clamps for low profile mounting on magnetic surfaces. They can also be used to attach the tubes to plates of glass by placing the pucks on either side.
